By using my proven financial review and analysis process, I help borrowers overcome roadblocks and solve problems that can (and do) arise while securing a loan; delivering unparalleled service and results.  Because of our attention to detail during loan pre-approval, we have a flawless record for more than a decade, of funding loans on time when the borrower is pre-approved.

I was born and raised in West Los Angeles and have been involved in the L.A. community all of my life.  My strong sense of community started at a very young age through my participation in Westwood Boy Scout Troop 137 where I was awarded the honor of Eagle Scout, and lead my peers through many community outreach programs.

I continued my community involvement in college while majoring in Business Administration at California State University Northridge.  In college I was Chairman of my Fraternity’s Philanthropy committee, and was involved in many of the groups around campus.   Recently, I have been very busy donating time and resources as the current President of  the The Guardians; a non-profit charity organization benefitting of the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging.

I come to real estate via the entertainment industry where I spent 10 years doing various aspects of production finance, management and producing; in both television and film.  Many of my clients over the last many years come from the entertainment world.  Because of my background, I am adept  to deciphering the sometimes complex income of people involved in production and self-employed/freelance work, with loan-out corporations and other wealth-building income strategies.

I currently live in the Los Angeles area with my family, and for more than 10 years have held the position of Senior Mortgage Banker for Priority Financial Network (PFN).   PFN is an FHA and VA approved Direct-Lender with in-house, direct conforming and jumbo products from more than 60 national and regional lenders, and broker access to more than 30 others.  We can handle loans of $150,000 up to the super-jumbo loan limits of $10,000,000 and above.  I have consistently been a top producing originator for the last several years in a company of more that 100 originators and have be awarded the 5-Star Professional Award for excellence in customer service for the last 5 years running.
